Yep, same here. Tried flying to the island by stealing that plane for the second start up, and here couldn't find the marker. So I tried flying south at which point my plane's engine cut out lol.

Clue: the bolt cutters always spawn near a red toolbox. Gamers Heroes spotted the cutters on a table in workshop at the airport, on top of plywood near a tower, and along the canal. Other players also found the cutters in the wheat fields and near a building.

Are the water towers mentioned anywhere on the mission screens back at the sub? I know I poisoned one of them, but I'm trying to find out how much of my progress the game ate. Link to post
